Shipping

Most of our pieces are handmade in Ohio, and we ship across the U.S. at one flat rate per order. Here's what to expect from order to doorstep.

Processing time: Most of our pieces are made by hand, so please allow 3–5 business days for us to make and pack your order before it ships.

Where we ship: We ship to all 50 states and Washington, D.C. PO boxes are fine. Right now we can't ship outside the United States, to U.S. territories, or to military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.

Shipping cost: You pay one flat shipping rate per order, no matter how many items are in it. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

Sales tax: Orders shipped to an Ohio address include Ohio sales tax. It's added at checkout, so you see the full total before you pay.

Order updates:

• We email you as soon as your order is confirmed.
• We email you again when it ships, with tracking details when we have them.
• Please double-check your email address at checkout so these reach you.

Address mistakes: Please check your shipping address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at orders@mommaws.shop. We'll do our best to fix it before your order ships, but once it's on its way we can't change it.

Lost packages: If your tracking says delivered but you can't find your package, please check around your home and with your neighbors first. If it's still missing, or it seems lost in transit, email us. We'll help you file a claim with the carrier, and depending on the situation we may send a replacement.
