Momma W's Shoppe is a small craft shop in Ohio, USA. Here's what information we collect, why, who helps us handle it, and your choices.

What we collect:

• When you order: your name, email, shipping address, what you bought, and any personalization you type in. We don't ask for your phone number.
• If you pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay, your wallet shares your name, email and shipping address with us.
• If you create an account: your name and email, so you can sign in and see your orders.
• Payment details go straight into Square's secure payment form. Your card number never touches our servers; we only see the card brand and last four digits.
• Like most websites, our servers see your IP address and browser details. We use them to keep the shop safe from spam and abuse.

How we use it: to make and ship your order, email you about it, answer your questions, keep the shop secure, and keep business and tax records. We don't send marketing emails, and we never sell or rent your information.

Who helps us: each service gets only what it needs.

• Square processes payments, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay. It receives your payment details, name, email, address and order total, and may email you a receipt.
• Clerk runs account sign-in.
• Resend delivers our order emails.
• Cloudflare delivers and protects our website.
• The shipping carrier gets your name and address.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies: we keep them to a minimum.

• One cookie remembers your cart when you aren't signed in. It holds a random code, not your name or email, and expires after 30 days without use.
• When you sign in or check out, Clerk uses cookies to keep you signed in and your account safe.
• Square and Cloudflare may use cookies or device details to keep payments and the site secure.

We don't use advertising cookies or ad trackers, and our order emails have no tracking pixels. Our share buttons are plain links: nothing loads from Facebook, X or Pinterest unless you click one.

Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure how fast our pages load. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites.

How long we keep it: carts for visitors who aren't signed in are deleted 30 days after last use. We keep orders as long as we need them for business and tax records. Backups are deleted after about two weeks.

Your choices: email us at orders@mommaws.shop to see, correct or delete your information or your account. We may need to confirm it's you, and we may have to keep order records for taxes. Signed-in customers can see their orders on their account page.

Children: our shop is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13; if one has shared information with us, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes: we'll update this page if our practices change.
